In May 2008, the Oversight and Review Division of the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice released A Review of the FBI's Involvement in and Observations of Detainee Interrogations in Guantanamo Bay, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Pages 172-173 of that review contain a table entitled "Survey Results Concerning Interrogation Techniques Observed [by over 450 FBI employees who were detailed at various times] in Guantanamo".
The table below draws from that table the positive observations or reports of prisoner abuse at Guantanamo, totaling them on the column to the right. The table below also contains links to passages of that review that elaborate on the reports of abuse.
