Testimony of a military physician on the misuse of antipsychotic medication

A military doctor reviewed the notes of a psychologist that prescribed the anti-psychotic drug Olanzapine to Mr. Younous Chekkouri (ISN 197), and then advised interrogators to use one of the side-effects of this drug (food cravings) against Mr. Chekkouri during his interrogation.
