Detainee: Can I make a phone call after these proceedings?

Tribunal President: That is up to the normal routine, what is normally allowed in Camp Delta. I cannot answer that.

Detainee: Just know that I have been here for 3 years and have [not] been in touch with my family. I don’t think this is just and it’s not right for the American legal system to not allow people to talk to their families. It is a very small right that is allowed to all detainees around the world.
