Detainee: I will remember for the rest of my life the treatment you guys gave me here. For example, my leg hurts, I went to the doctor and he just gave me tablets for the pain. He did not x-ray it or anything like that.”

Presiding Officer: “In regards to that the only thing I can suggest is if it continues to hurt continue to ask for medical help. How is it right now?”

Detainee: “I tried that. It has been hurting for one and a half months.”

Presiding Officer: “Again, ask for medical assistance when you get back to your area.”

Detainee: “What should I ask for? For the last one and a half years I have been asking for help.”
